Furthermore, with iphone you do not get Adobe Flash which is required to properly view videos on many websites, it is a huge complaint among iphone owners. Plus you cannot expand memory with iphone if you run out of space but with android you just add a card up to 32gb and you’re good to go.

You get more free apps with android, for example angry birds is free with android whereas you have to buy it with apple, or use their “free” version which has a big ad blocking part of the screen getting in the way of gameplay.

Android phones are usually superior in technical specs, faster and more customizable. It is the better choice, that is why it leads the global market in smartphones today despite apple selling their iphones cheap or free.

And despite the Woz saying iphones are easier to use, ANYONE can use android, he had to say SOMETHING nice about apple lol.

Do what i did 5 years back, when i was in need of a certificate. You know what town your were born, so look up and find the web page of the town (the page will give info on the town/important offices and such). Most pages offer English, you need to look for the town hall listing on the web page. Or look up the town hall of the town you were born in, if on any page you find an email address to the Mayor or the office of the local Mayor then email them. Letting them know what you need, and ask if they can help.
5 years ago i took a shoot in the dark, and emailed the Mayor of Denmark asking how i went about getting a marriage certificate from 20 years ago. And to my “BIG” surprise about 2 weeks later, after i emailed them i received a copy at no cost to me…..
I did the same when i needed, copy’s of my daughter birth certificate. From Germany, also try getting a hold of the American consulate in Italy they may know how you can go about getting what you need. Best of luck.

I only had this problem at the end (like the last month) so there wasn’t much milk anyway.

Always go to a dull place to nurse, and nurse in whatever position minimizes playing. And don’t feel bad if sometimes you have to cut a session short, you have to do what you have to do. Putting a breastpad over the other nipple can help protect it.

You might consider some red raspberry leaf and alfalfa teas or pills to help maintain your supply. These are both safe during pregnancy though their usefulness as actual galactagogues is questionable. They are however excellent pregnancy herbs to nourish the body and uterus in particular. I have tonnes of references if you want them, let me know.

Also I have recently heard that chamomile is numbing, maybe you could put cold chamomile tea bags on your nipples before nursing? Chamomile is considered safe during pregnancy, lactation, and for children as per the FDA.

You could also try a Bach’s flower remedy before nursing. Though I would speak to someone who is qualified to mix custom ones rather than just buying rescue remedy.

Take care! You will get through this! Nursing two is totally worth it, I can’t imagine how jealous my son would be if I was nursing the baby and not him.

Interestingly, experts on miscarriage and preterm labor are not among those who see a potential link between breastfeeding and these pregnancy complications. Miscarriage expert Lesley Regan, PhD, MD, quoted in Adventures in Tandem Nursing, saw no reason that breastfeeding should impact pregnancy, even if the mother has a history of miscarriage or is experiencing a threatened miscarriage.

There is no evidence that a well nourished mother who nurses during pregnancy is at risk nutritionally. Breastfeeding does not increase a mother’s risk for osteoporosis, even when the mother nurses during pregnancy. Breastfeeding reduces the mother’s risk of breast cancer.
Nursling’s health

Your child will benefit from breastfeeding into the second year and beyond. The milk is just as safe during pregnancy, but pregnancy can cause milk to dwindle and can also motivate mother and child to wean. Thus if pregnancy does cause a child to receive less milk, the child will receive proportionally fewer of milk’s health advantages. Indeed, weaning before two years increases the risk of illness for a child, according to the American Academy of Family Physicians.

The well-protected uterus

The specter of breastfeeding-induced preterm labor appears to spring in large part from an incomplete understanding of the interactions between nipple stimulation, oxytocin, and pregnancy.

The first little-known fact is that during pregnancy less oxytocin is released in response to nipple stimulation than when a woman is not pregnant.5

But the key to understanding breastfeeding during pregnancy is the uterus itself. Contrary to popular belief, the uterus is not at the beck and call of oxytocin during the 38 weeks of the “preterm” period. Even a high dose of synthetic oxytocin (Pitocin) is unlikely to trigger labor until a woman is at term.6

Instead, the uterus must actively prepare in order for labor to commence. You could say that there are two separate states of being for the uterus: the quiescent baby-holder and the active baby-birther. These states make all the difference to how the uterus responds to oxytocin, and so, one can surmise, to breastfeeding. While the baby is growing, the uterus is geared to have a muffled response to oxytocin; at term, the body’s preparations for labor transform the uterus in ways that make it respond intensely to oxytocin.

Many discussions of breastfeeding during pregnancy mention “oxytocin receptor sites,” the uterine cells that detect the presence of oxytocin and cause a contraction. These cells are sparse up until 38 weeks, increasing gradually after that time, and increasing 300-fold after labor has begun.6,7 The relative scarcity of oxytocin receptor sites is one of the main lines of defense for keeping the uterus quiescent throughout the entire preterm period—but it is not the only one.

A closer look at the molecular biology of the pregnant uterus reveals yet more lines of defense. In order for oxytocin receptor sites to respond strongly to oxytocin they need the help of special agents called “gap junction proteins”. The absence of these proteins renders the uterus “down-regulated,” relatively insensitive to oxytocin even when the oxytocin receptor site density is high. And natural oxytocin-blockers, most notably progesterone, stand between oxytocin and its receptor site throughout pregnancy. 8,9,10

With the oxytocin receptor sites (1) sparse, (2) down-regulated, and (3) blocked by progesterone and other anti-oxytocin agents, oxytocin alone cannot trigger labor. The uterus is in baby-holding mode, well protected from untimely labor.4

Those are very usual symptoms, best thing to do is stay away from spicy foods.And anything like burgers or tacos the fats in it make it worse. (once you start feeling better, you can continue to eat what you want) next thing is to get a big box of saltines, 7up or sprite, even ginger ale. This helps keep your stomach acids in line. Keep a cup of 7up,sprite or ginger ale next to your bed with a sleeve of saltines. You will want to eat and drink on this in the morning. If you need a quick fix now dry toast can help. Also eating a little at a time can help keep the food down so snacking through the day is a good way to be sure the fetus gets what it needs. Hopefully these tips helped some.

My mother’s advice, which worked well during my first labor – try to sleep. If “cramps” wake you up every few minutes, it’s likely the real deal. If you can sleep through them, probably just B-H.

But… If your water breaks, go to hospital regardless.

Also, babies aren’t born according to a doctor’s holiday schedule. Even if your OB is on vacation, SOMEONE is on call. Call the doctor’s answering service, give them as many details as you can, and whichever dr is covering should call you back quickly. It’s generally better to do that before going to the hospital anyway.

I just read your response to the first answer. At 5 months, really hope you’re not in labor, but not likely. If you do not have a high risk pregnancy, have no bleeding, and your water has not broken, everything is MOST LIKELY fine. However, if this continues, especially if you can’t sleep through it, you should still probably call somebody. Either call the doctor’s answering service, or call the hospital and see if they have a Labor & Delivery nurse (or some other qualified person) who can answer your questions.

I know it is hard to enjoy the last bit of your pregnancy when your huge and sore! But just think in 3 or so weeks your going to be a mum and have a little bub and wont be pregnant for a while after that if you get pregnant again. It is hard to sleep when your that big but the more sleep and relaxation you get the better because very soon you will not have time to do anything and i mean anything! Lol

Apple have been introducing varying degrees of encryption to the iPod’s firmware, bootloader and operating system in each evolution of the iPod.
The 4Gb 2nd gen Nano has all software sections other than its data storage partition encrypted. To your operating system the first partition is actually reported as empty. Until someone can defeat this your iPod is doomed to it’s original software ;(

If your doc is that unpredictable, a treatment before you shoot could be really helpful. It puts things into focus when you envision your footage’s goals/questions beforehand. Just because you don’t know what the interviewees will say, doesn’t mean you don’t know what the piece will be about. You know who you’re interviewing and why. You know the types of questions you will be asking. You might have an idea for the target audience. You know where the shoot will be. You know what types of b-roll you may need to shoot or gain access to. You know why the story is important to you. You know your side if it’s issue driven. You can probably guess on the length. You should know what your shooting with. You probably know your shooting style. And you probably have something that you hope/dream will happen, otherwise why make it? Just because you’ll stray from it, doesn’t mean it won’t help you communicate your vision to others.

This type of Legislation is generally State or local. In most areas, there isn’t any such legislation that specifically requires ALL “first aid” to be recorded. Usually, any such requirement is targeted to specific health care entities, such as Hospitals and EMS (emergency medical services / 911), and sometimes even then, only certain interventions are recorded (giving someone a band aid for a hang-nail doesn’t usually require documentation).
The most common misconception is EMS is the medical record being a “legal document”. In reality, it is not. A “Lea; document” has specific legal definitions, such as a document signed by a judge or court clerk. While it can certainly be used in court, it is used in a similar way as any piece of evidence. This is why much of the requirement for documentation rests with the policies of that particular service providing the care.
